First tonight I went to a lovely dinner at the California Club in downtown Los Angeles.
Then I went to see Mel Gibson's gruesome "Apocalypto." I wasn't very excited about this movie and I put it off as long as I could. But the Golden Globes are coming up Monday night and it's nominated for Best Foreign Language Film (the language is made-up "ancient Mayan") so what could I do?
I didn't hate it as much as I expected to. Lots of running through the jungle. Some parts were even interesting.
But he's still a creep.
