Since the weather was so bad for at last night's ballgame, the Dodgers offered those in attendance free tickets for one of two games in May. So this afternoon I spent 30 minutes in line to get 2 tickets worth $12 each for seats the Dodgers know they wouldn't otherwise sell. In retrospect it hardly seems worthwhile -- but like any good red-blooded American I'm a sucker for anything "free."
