Sugar Rush
Went to the Pantages Theater on Hollywood Boulevard tonight to see the stage production of Irving Berlin's "White Christmas."
Based on the Bing Crosby/Danny Kaye movie of the same name, the show includes lots of familiar songs including "Sisters", "Blue Skies", and of course "White Christmas."
The show is dated, but it's still a fun show to see at Christmastime. The producers are hoping to mount it annually and that seeing it will become a tradition.
At the end of the show it snowed inside the Pantages Theater -- not just on stage but in the auditorium. That was a fun stunt. And I'll be perfectly happy if that's all the snow I see all winter long.
