This Cubs fan had the LOUDEST voice and an accent straight off the Midwest plains. And boy was he happy to root on his Cubbies. Everything he said was within the boundaries of good taste. But you could tell he was getting under the skin of the Dodger fans around him, especially the guy right in front of him.
