Much has been written lately about the impending closure of Restaurant Florent next month. A victim of regentrification of the Meat-Packing District, this 24/7 dining institution has welcomed all comers for the last 20 plus years.

I made a late night/early morning stop earlier today and I have to admit it wasn't terribly memorable. I think you had to be there back in the day.
