Had a great dinner tonight at Dominick's in West Hollywood to celebrate Dave Hannon's birthday. Excellent Italian comfort food.
I was a little disappointed though because I got my heart set on the Monday night special -- homemade lasagne. But when we ordered they were already out of it. Turns out at a couple of large tables nearly everyone ordered it. That just seems rude. Seems like large tables should limit themselves to one or two orders of the lasagne so the rest of us can have some too. What ever happened to not ordering the same thing as someone else at the table? Would have helped me out tonight.
