The Dodgers played part of their game tonight against the Phillies with both the Scoreboard and the Jumbotron blank. I guess the few runs the Dodgers put up in their 5 to 1 victory overloaded the system. It hasn't had such a strain in a long time.
I was saddened to read in yesterday's Los Angeles Times that Ted Greene has died. His Memorial Tribute is this Sunday at Beverly Garland's Holiday Inn in North Hollywood.
