Spent today in San Francisco at the staff retreat for employees of the Junior Statesmen Foundation. In the evening, we took a dinner cruise on the San Francisco Bay.
First we cruised through the Oakland Harbor where relatively smooth water was to be found while we ate dinner. We ended the cruise by visiting McCovey Cove outside of SBC Park (photo above) while the Giants were playing the Padres. I was happy to see on the Giant's scoreboard that the Dodgers were beating the Rockies 6 to 0 (the final score was 7 to 0).
