Went to the Kirk Douglas Theater for the fourth time in three weekends to see their fourth one-person show, "The Watts Towers Project" written and performed by Roger Guenveur Smith.
It is the most "theatrical" of the four shows and I found it interesting. (GeezBob did not.) Smith explores similarities in his family's stories to the determination that drove Simon Rodia to single-handedly build the Watts Towers. Lots of fascinating references to events in Los Angeles over the past 50 years.
