What Were They Thinking?
Went to the Celebration Theater tonight to see their re-interpretation of Euripides' Greek Tragedy "Bacchae."
The show reminds the audience why Greek Tragedies are rarely re-staged.
Despite what it says in the program, this play is not very relevant to today. Unless it's important to know that if you anger the Gods then bad things will happen to you. And your family. With lots of blood involved.
