On Friday GeezBob and I had lunch at the Eastside Market Italian Deli just outside of Downtown Los Angeles. I've heard about this place, and its great sandwiches, for awhile but this was my first visit.

Boy have I been missing out! Great, big sandwiches with fresh ingredients at very reasonable prices.

Politico Sighting: We spotted Los Angeles City Councilmember Dennis Zine having lunch. I imagine this place is pretty popular with City Hall types, given its location less than a 5 minute drive from the Civic Center.
