What a difficult travel day. First my flight out of NYC was delayed because of a mechanical issue. Several hours later we boarded the flight and sat on the tarmac for a few hours as a major thunderstorm rolled across the Eastern Seaboard. By the time I made it to the Denver Airport (photo above) the last flight to Los Angeles had left. So United is putting me up in a hotel and I'm completing my journey (hopefully) on Tuesday.
