Really enjoyed seeing "Hollywoodland" tonight -- a film about the real-life suicide (under suspicious circumstances) of George Reeves, TV's "Superman."
I expect Adrian Brody, Diane Lane and Ben Affleck will all receive Oscar nominations for their performances.
Set in Los Angeles in the late 50s, the film provides a convincing glimpse into the movie industry in the waning days of the studio system.
Great sets and costumes. An enjoyable two hours all the way around.
