In San Francisco I had dinner at one of my favorite places -- Sears Fine Foods on Powell Street. Open for decades, Sears recently remodeled. And now they've changed their menu. Instead of upscale comfort food they're now serving a "continental" menu. It may still be good for breakfast, but I'm crossing Sears off the list for lunch and dinner.
