Sunday brunch at my hotel, the Shaghai Hilton, was amazing. Here's the chocolate fountain. You dip your goodies right in the flowing chocolate. I've never seen anything like it. The Hilton was the first Western hotel built in Shanghai. Now it faces lots of competition from other business hotels.
