A Nice Diversion
Frances McDormand's new film, "Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day" is a real hoot.
McDormand plays an unemployed nanny in pre-WWII London who inadvertently lands a job as the "social secretary" to a raising starlet -- played by Amy Adams.
It's a cotton ball of a movie that's gorgeous to look at. The art deco sets and costumes are stunning.
