After work on Friday in Sacramento I had some time to kill before flying home. I stopped in a place that had caught my eye a couple of times -- the Capitol Garage at 15th & K.

It looks very cool from the outside, despite being on the ground floor of a parking structure.

I loved the vibe, but the food was a major disappointment. It might be a cool place for a beer or a bite of something sweet -- but I can't recommend it for dinner.
