Flew to New York City today in order to attend the Tony Awards on Sunday night.
Went with Renee and Myrna tonight to see "Three Days of Rain" starring Paul Rudd, Bradley Cooper and, oh yeah, Julia Roberts.
I thought this play, written by Richard Greenberg, was really awful. Not interesting and so filled with "cute" references it never really makes a point.
Rudd and Cooper proved themselves to be fine stage actors. Sadly, Roberts seemed completely lost in her role.
But at least she'll bring some glamour to the Tonys as a presenter (even though she wasn't nominated).
